Wolverine Lawn Services is looking for dependable, safety-focused Plow & Salt Truck Operators to join our Snow & Ice Management team for the 2025–2026 winter season. Operators are responsible for keeping commercial and residential properties safe and accessible during snow events by clearing snow and applying salt or de-icing materials. • Seasonal Bonus: Earn additional $ the more hours you work throughout the season. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Operate plow and salt trucks on assigned routes to maintain safe surfaces. • Perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance. • Apply salt efficiently to reduce ice buildup and ensure traction. • Communicate with dispatch and Zone Leaders throughout each event. • Maintain accurate logs and completion photos using our software system. • Deliver professional, reliable service in all weather conditions. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Experience with plow or salt truck operation preferred (training available). • Availability during snow events (overnights, early mornings, weekends). • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
