    Job Description

    We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison between the customer and plumbing company. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionate about communicating to the homeowner. They love to talk to people. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and be empathetic. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond empathetically to customer and maintain high customer satisfaction.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage incoming calls
    • Book jobs for plumbing companies (you do not need to know anything about plumbing).
    • Add booked jobs to company’s schedules (Morning vs. Afternoon appointment).
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build rapport and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers

    SKILLS

    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Have a quiet work from home environment
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • High school degree
