Here is a little about what you will be doing…

• PHONE CALLS / CHAT SUPPORT- Provide an outstanding customer service experience to our clients
• LEAD CONVERSION - Meets or exceeds goals for converting incoming customer calls to service/sales appointments.
• CUSTOMER SATISFACTION – Complete “Happy Checks”, follow-ups, and outbound customer contact
• VIP PROGRAM- CONTACTING EXISTING VIP MEMBERS TO RENEW PLANS

Here is what you need to qualify…

• Outbound calls and inside sales experience a plus
• Flexible with work schedule, may require nights and Saturday’s
• We want someone who takes pride in their work, who is an outstanding communicator with customers
