We are seeking licensed Journeyman Plumbers (01 and 02 levels) to efficiently handle a wide range of plumbing tasks, from fixing leaks to installing pipes, performing drain cleaning, and installing water heaters. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, excellent manual dexterity, and attention to detail. Preference will be given to applicants willing to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
Plan and understand layouts of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring).
Install and maintain water supply systems, including water heaters.
Locate and repair issues in water supply lines (e.g., leaks).
Perform drain cleaning and repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
Repair domestic appliances and fixtures (e.g., washing machines, sinks).
Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems (e.g., air-conditioning units, radiators).
Install and maintain waste disposal and sanitary systems, ensuring functional DWV systems.
Skills:
Proven experience as a plumber.
Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems and appliances.
Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and a friendly demeanor.
Good physical condition and strength to work in tight or awkward spaces.
Valid 01 or 02 plumbing license.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
