    Plumber - Drain Technician - WILL TRAIN Are you a plumber or drain technician who’s ready for a change? We know you probably don’t know much about Cured-In-Place Pipelining (CIPP)—that’s OK, we’re willing to train you on the job. Some of the best candidates have a background in plumbing or drain cleaning. If you have any of the additional qualifications listed below, that’s a bonus. NOTE: Please do not complete the assessment until after you have an in-person interview. Responsibilities: • Inspect & clean drain lines • Operate the sewer inspection camera • Operate the auger/milling machine • Operate Jetter • Maintain a clean jobsite • Keep accurate records • Install cleanouts, wyes, and tees as needed • CIPP Lining Installation - You will learn on the job how to prep and install CIPP using various techniques, including Inversion, Packer/Point repairs, and various types of curing, such as LED and ambient Qualifications: MUST HAVE: • Problem solving • High mechanical aptitude in working with your hands and with machinery • Attention to detail and willingness & ability to keep accurate records • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds • Ability to bend, kneel, stand, or crawl • Willingness to do some overnight travel • Ability to work in confined spaces or on roofs if needed • Valid driver's license and clean driving record HELPFUL IF YOU HAVE: • CIPP Experience • Plumbing certification or license • Plumbing experience, especially with drains • Drain Cleaning - Jetting - Drain augers/milling machines • Within 30 minutes of East Central Fort Wayne Compensation: $25 - $43.75 hourly — NOTE: hourly rate includes 25% per hour incentive pay opportunity after 6 months of employment. To get base hourly rate multiply the hourly rate by .8.
