JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will work side-by-side with experienced Licensed Plumbers, gaining hands-on experience in residential service, repair, and installation. We provide the mentorship, paid training, and clear career pathway you need to earn your plumbing license and build a lifelong career.

JOB DUTIES

Assist Lead Plumbers: Help with residential plumbing repairs, installations, and diagnostic troubleshooting.

Tool & Material Management: Load and unload trucks, carry equipment, and ensure the Lead Plumber has the necessary tools for each job.

Job Site Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area before, during, and after service calls.

Customer Interaction: Greet homeowners politely, maintain a professional appearance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols, local plumbing codes, and instruction from senior team members.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn the plumbing trade, take direction well, and work hard.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in tight spaces like crawlspaces or attics.

Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required to operate company vehicles.

Punctuality: Reliability is our brand—you must be consistently on time and dependable.
