We are seeking skilled service plumbers (Tradesman or Journeyman) with a talent for upselling to join our growing team. JOB DUTIES

Diagnose and resolve plumbing challenges with precision, expertise, and enthusiasm.

Educate and inspire customers on the benefits of plumbing upgrades and enhancements.

Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, recommendations, and successful upsells to ensure top-quality service and follow-up.

Utilize Straight Forward Pricing (including all company-approved forms) correctly on each call

Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service

Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.

Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work

Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving

Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work evenings and weekends

Valid Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman or Journeyman)

At least 3 years of experience in plumbing services with a proven track record of excellence

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations

Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication and outstanding customer service skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Experience with ServiceTitan software (preferred)
