    Title: Plumber

    Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM start (Dispatched from office); On-call rotation 1 week every 4-6 weeks

    Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE), plus up to 5% uncapped commission, $2,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits

    Plumber Journeyman Role:

    This position exists to provide high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems for residential and commercial clients. The role ensures customer satisfaction through safe, professional, and code-compliant service delivery while representing our client’s team-first culture.

    Plumber Journeyman Responsibilities:

    • Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems and fixtures according to local codes
    • Test all systems and equipment to ensure correct operation before leaving job sites
    • Educate customers on system operation and answer questions clearly
    • Promote and recommend additional equipment or services when appropriate
    • Complete all required documentation including work orders and inventory sheets
    • Maintain tools, parts inventory and company vehicle in safe working condition
    • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation schedule one week every 4-6 weeks
    • Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and company policies

    Plumber Reporting Relationships:

    The candidate will report to the Plumbing Manager. This role does not currently have direct reports.

    About You:

    • Possess a High School Diploma or GED
    • Hold 5+ years of plumbing experience or relevant training
    • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Exhibit proficiency working with hand and power tools
    • Work independently while prioritizing tasks effectively
    • Possess working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

    • Physical Demands: Continually required to stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, crawl, and lift over 50 pounds. Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions and moving mechanical parts.
