About the Role:

Desert Elite Electric & Construction, Inc is looking for a skilled Plumber to join our growing team in Indio, CA! This is a temporary position with real potential to grow into a permanent role for the right candidate — a great opportunity to prove your skills and build a lasting career with us.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial plumbing systems

Inspect and troubleshoot pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans

Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety regulations

Collaborate with construction and electrical crews on job sites

Respond to service calls and complete repairs in a timely, professional manner

Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness

Requirements:

Proven experience as a licensed or journeyman plumber

Valid California plumber's license or apprenticeship certification preferred

Working knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations in California

Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in tight spaces
