Compensation: $30–$50/hr + Commission on Top of Hourly Benefits: • Company iPad and phone • Full uniforms with laundry service • Boot/sneaker allowance • Ongoing paid training (sometimes out of state) • Flexible hours and schedule • Great 401(k) with 4% match • Employee of the Month recognition and prizes Responsibilities: • Provide best-in-class plumbing service as assigned by the office, including estimates, installations, repairs, and maintenance • Prioritize tasks and execute them quickly and efficiently • Communicate clearly with customers to help them understand the problem, their options, and the best path to resolution • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness inside customers' homes • Represent the company professionally — your good name and our reputation go hand in hand • Support teammates by checking in at the end of the day to see if other crews need help • Build five-star relationships with every new client Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • Minimum 3 years of plumbing and heating experience • Active MA Journeyman's Plumbing License • Current and unrestricted driver's license • Own a professional set of tools • Strong customer service and communication skills Compensation: $30 - $50 hourly
