Job Summary
White Bark Property Management is seeking a dependable, experienced Plumber with a focus on Residential & Lite Commercial Service to support plumbing needs across our residential and light commercial properties. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, delivers quality work, and communicates professionally with both tenants and internal teams. This is an excellent role for a licensed plumber who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and completing jobs efficiently and correctly the first time.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings.
Assemble and install pipe sections, fittings, valves, and fixtures using appropriate tools and methods (couplings, soldering, clamps, brazing, welding, etc.).
Install appliances and fixtures such as dishwashers, water heaters, sinks, toilets, and garbage disposals.
Plan and lay out plumbing systems based on drawings, specifications, or site conditions.
Perform routine maintenance on water supply, drainage, and vent systems.
Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems as required.
Test plumbing systems for leaks, proper functionality, and compliance with code.
Accurately document work performed, materials used, and communicate job status to property managers.
Interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members, ensuring clear and respectful communication.
Follow all safety standards and local building codes while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
What You Bring
Valid plumbing license (Journeyman or Master, depending on state requirements).
At least 1 year of professional plumbing experience; multi-property or residential service experience preferred.
Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, water supply systems, and drainage systems.
Ability to read and interpret plumbing diagrams, blueprints, and technical documents.
Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment, including pipe cutters, soldering tools, threading machines, and diagnostic devices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and complete quality work with minimal supervision.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, crouch, or work in confined spaces for extended periods.
Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and on active job sites.
Manual dexterity and strong hand–eye coordination
