Job Overview We are seeking motivated and skilled Plumbers and Electricians to join our dynamic residential remodeling team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and electrical systems across various construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that building infrastructure is safe, efficient, and compliant with all regulations. Responsibilities:

Assist with residential remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, etc.)

Handle basic to intermediate plumbing (fixtures, faucets, drains, toilets, rough-ins)

Handle electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting, fans, breakers)

Complete punch lists and small repair jobs

Maintain a clean, safe job site and communicate clearly with the team

Requirements:

Experience in residential remodeling (required)

Plumbing and/or electrical experience (not master level, but confident)

Own basic tools and have reliable transportation

Ability to read and follow work orders/instructions

Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and punctuality
