Plumbing Administrative Coordinator (Clerical Support - Scheduling Billing)

Key Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phones and route calls in a high-volume setting
Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently
Book customer appointments and confirm scheduling details
Communicate with warranty companies to submit claims and obtain service authorizations
Generate and send invoices and billing statements accurately
Maintain organized records and update job information in the system
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of experience handling incoming calls in an office or customer service setting
Strong typing and data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work well with a team
Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a plumbing or service-based office
Familiarity with warranty companies and their billing processes
Proven organizational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
Knowledge of the Tucson area (including Sierra Vista, Yuma, Phoenix and surrounding cities) is a plus
