    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer multi-line phones and route calls in a high-volume setting

    • Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently

    • Book customer appointments and confirm scheduling details

    • Communicate with warranty companies to submit claims and obtain service authorizations

    • Generate and send invoices and billing statements accurately

    • Maintain organized records and update job information in the system


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience handling incoming calls in an office or customer service setting

    • Strong typing and data entry skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    • Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work well with a team

    • Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

    • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience working in a plumbing or service-based office

    • Familiarity with warranty companies and their billing processes

    • Proven organizational and time management skills

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness

    • Knowledge of the Tucson area (including Sierra Vista, Yuma, Phoenix and surrounding cities) is a plus
