    ABOUT THE JOB

    PLUMBING CONCEPTS INC. is a large residential plumbing company with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Based out of Yorba Linda with occasional travel to our Corona office as necessary, we're seeking a talented candidate for our vital position of Plumbing Service Manager. The Customer Service department covers most of Southern California as we reach out to homeowners and builders for warranty and non-warranty work.     As the Plumbing Service Manager you would be in charge of overseeing the Service Technicians and Customer Service office staff. PLUMBING CONCEPTS INC. believes in a quality customer relationship, be it homeowner or builder, and through our Customer Service department we ensure that belief is carried out.

    RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    · Manage, coach and mentor a team of service professionals to provide quality plumbing service to all customers

    · Increase volume of non-warranty work by developing existing business and cultivating new business

    · Communicate effectively with homeowners/builders to ensure all areas of concern are addressed in a prompt, professional and

    efficient manner.

    · Monitor the work schedule to ensure best productivity by Service Technicians

    · Accompany Service Technicians to houses to observe performance and provide coaching and training in various aspects of the job.

    · Supervise, monitor and ensure that all service tasks are performed in a timely and effective manner by all staff.

    · Develop and review reports to drive the profitability of the Customer Service department

    JOB REQUIREMENTS WILL INCLUDE:

    · 5+ years experience in the plumbing industry

    · 3+ years experience in a Customer Service management role

    · Excellent customer service and communication skills

    · Ability to manage a team and maximize efficiency

    · Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office

    · Excellent time management skills

    · Problem solving ability to devise customer solutions and diffuse escalated issues

    · Self motivated and driven for results
