    We’re expanding and looking for detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Service and Dispatch Representatives in our call center.

    This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with excellent benefits and room to grow within our company!

    What You’ll Do

    As a Customer Service & Dispatch Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive fast, friendly, and reliable service. Your day-to-day will include:

    Answering inbound service requests via phone (primarily), email, or fax in a professional and courteous manner.

    Coordinating service calls by preparing routing information and scheduling appointments with our dispatch team.

    Following up to confirm appointments are completed by required deadlines.

    Adjusting or canceling bookings when needed while maintaining a positive customer experience.

    Accessing and updating customer records to ensure accurate and current account information.

    What We’re Looking For

    We’re seeking individuals who are reliable, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

    1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or dispatch environment in home services, liquid waste, or solid waste.

    Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

    Ability to quickly learn new software systems; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills—able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

    Exceptional communication and customer service skills—friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
