Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough sewer scope inspections to ensure the safety and quality of home systems • Collaborate with clients to provide clear, actionable insights from inspection findings • Utilize advanced technology to document and report inspection results accurately • Taking Air Quality samples, Mold Samples, & Asbestos Sampling • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices • Communicate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction • Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to prevent future problems • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during inspections Qualifications: • Experience in conducting comprehensive sewer scope inspections with a focus on safety and quality • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, providing clear and actionable insights from inspection findings • Proven track record of utilizing advanced technology to document and report inspection results accurately • An understanding of Sewer lines, materials, issues, sewer equipment, and sewer installation • Familiarity with taking air quality, mold, and asbestos samples, ensuring precise and reliable data collection • Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning • Strong communication skills to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction through effective team collaboration • Ability to identify potential issues and recommend proactive solutions to prevent future problems, ensuring client peace of mind Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 yearly
