Plumbing Engineer / MEP Design Engineer | Alhambra, CA | $110K–$140K

We're hiring a skilled Plumbing Engineer / MEP Design Engineer to join a growing team in Alhambra, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced MEP Engineer with a strong background in plumbing system design , building systems , and construction documentation across commercial and residential projects.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas systems
• Produce construction drawings, specifications, and calculations using AutoCAD/Revit
• Perform load calculations, pipe sizing, and code compliance reviews (IPC, UPC, local codes)
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams on integrated MEP designs
• Support projects from concept through construction administration
• Conduct site visits, review submittals, and respond to RFIs

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in plumbing design / MEP engineering
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes (UPC/IPC) and building systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination
• Experience with commercial, healthcare, or multifamily projects preferred
• PE license or EIT is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
