Requirements:
Preferable to have Proven Technical Knowledge/Experience Over Trade
Good to have experience Reading MEP Plans
Be able to walk approximately 7-10 miles/day, climb ladders and go up stairs, withstand high temperatures, cannot have vertigo.
Knowledge in construction management softwares
Tools and Software: Radio, Tablet, Redteam, Kojo, and Email
Supervise Subcontractors Code compliance and Quality Control
Ensure quality of execution and compliance with plans provided by Ambar
Provide feedback for improvement of installation process and plans
Report of Change Orders to Project Supervisor
Update schedule with Project Supervisor
Keep Daily Log of Progress, Inspections, and Delays
Issue Puch Out to Subcontractors for Repairs
Coordination with other trades
Coordinate with Logistics on the jobsite.
Supervise Ambar Manpower
Report Inefficiencies from plans or prefab to Project Supervisor and Integration Engineer
Issue Daily progress report of Achieved goals.
Issue weekly reports to Project Supervisor for Subcontractor Payment
Assist the supervision of Safety protocols issued by Ambar
Organize workflow in order to follow the main schedule
Request inspections and walkthroughs with AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction aka: Inspector)
Request Tools and Equipments as needed to Project Supervisor
Post-Work/Pre-Inspection Quality Check
