    About Us

We are a growing plumbing company specializing in new construction projects. Our business model combines a core team of skilled W-2 employees with trusted subcontractor partners, allowing us to successfully manage projects of varying size and complexity while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Demand for our services continues to grow, and we're looking for an experienced plumber to join our team in a leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, leading crews, maintaining quality standards, and helping projects stay on schedule.

    Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced plumber with approximately 10 years of industry experience to serve as a Foreman/Supervisor while remaining actively involved in day-to-day field operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work alongside our crews, help coordinate subcontractors when necessary, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects moving according to established schedules and subcontract requirements.

Success in this role will be measured primarily by:

    Consistent quality control and workmanship

Ability to keep projects on schedule

    Effective crew leadership and communication

    Proactive problem-solving in the field

Maintaining a professional relationship with builders, contractors, inspectors, and customers

    Responsibilities

Lead and supervise plumbing crews on new construction projects

Perform plumbing installation, troubleshooting, and service work as needed

Coordinate daily activities to meet project timelines and milestones

Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and code requirements

Monitor quality control and identify potential issues before they become problems

Assist with scheduling and coordination of subcontractors on larger projects

Train and mentor less experienced team members

Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to management

Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site

Help manage service calls and specialty tasks that require experienced oversight

    Qualifications

Approximately 10+ years of plumbing experience

Strong background in new construction plumbing

Proven leadership or foreman experience preferred

Ability to read plans and specifications

Strong understanding of plumbing codes and best practices

    Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards

Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Valid plumbing license (if required by state/local regulations)

    What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and understands that quality and schedule performance are critical to long-term success. We're looking for a professional who can help us manage our growing workload, support our existing team, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

If you're an experienced plumber who wants to join a company with a strong pipeline of work, a solid reputation, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to talk with you.
