About the Role:

Nash Plumbing LLC is looking for an experienced and driven Plumbing Foreman to lead our field crews in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time delivery. Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct plumbing crews on residential and/or commercial job sites

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications

Coordinate daily workflow, material deliveries, and subcontractor schedules

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations

Perform hands-on plumbing installation, repair, and troubleshooting as needed

Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues before final walkthrough

Communicate project updates and progress reports to management

Requirements:

5+ years of plumbing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or foreman role

Valid Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred

Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and installation techniques

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a field crew

Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings

Valid driver's license required

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
