Job Summary

Independent Plumbing, Heating & Air is hiring for a Plumbing Helper/Apprentice. Get paid to learn the trade, while assisting our skilled plumbers out in the field. This role is ideal for motivated and ambitious individuals who are ready to learn the skills needed for a successful career in the trades. Experience is not necessary; however, a strong work ethic is.

Required: Reliable transportation (meeting place is in North Highlands, CA); Clear driving record and background; Excellent attendance & punctuality; Strong work ethic; Friendly and able to get along well with others; Good communication skills; Integrity - always doing the right thing, even when nobody is watching; Desire and ability to learn; Commitment to start acquiring hand tools; Physically able to lift 50lbs without assistance, crawl under houses, in attics, and not afraid to go on roofs.
