We are currently seeking a skilled Plumbing Installer/Service Technician to join our growing team.

Job Summary:
The Plumbing Installer/Service Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on various plumbing systems.
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify plumbing issues and determine the most effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Provide exceptional customer service while communicating effectively with clients regarding plumbing concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training programs as required.
- Complete documentation for all work performed, including service reports and invoices.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship or trade school training preferred.
- Valid plumbing license or certification (as required by state/local laws).
- 3+ years of experience in plumbing installation and repair preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety practices.
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and inclement weather.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
