We are seeking an energetic and strategic Plumbing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our plumbing services division. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the plumbing department to ensure efficient operations, high-quality workmanship, and strong customer satisfaction
Drive revenue growth by bolstering sales performance, improving service opportunities, and supporting technicians in closing work
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to develop technicians’ technical skills, communication, and professionalism
Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and complex plumbing situations
Improve team support systems, workflows, and scheduling to maximize productivity and response times
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local plumbing codes
Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, growth, and customer-first service
Collaborate with leadership on performance metrics, staffing needs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Strong technical plumbing knowledge with hands-on field experience
North Carolina State Plumbing License preferred (not required)
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
Advanced communication skills — both verbal and written — with technicians, customers, and leadership
Sales-minded approach with the ability to coach teams on service recommendations and customer education
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Passion for training, growing, and retaining high-performing employees
