    JOB SUMMARY

    The Operations Manager bears the ultimate responsibility for safety, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement while upholding the ethical standards and reputation of the organization in the community.

    JOB DUTIES

    Completes/reviews Daily Management Report (DMR)

    Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of skilled residential plumbing technicians.

    Directly supervises the Operations and Administrative Teams of the business and Sales Leadership to ensure all established goals (operations, sales, safety, customer satisfaction, etc.) are achieved

    Conducts performance reviews with each direct report and assists direct reports by holding their team members accountable to performance, behavior, and attendance standards

    Places regular phone calls to customers to discuss satisfaction

    Reviews payroll reports ensuring hours and pay are correct

    Inspects all field operations to ensure excellent service

    Monitor and control operational costs to maximize profitability.

    Foster a positive and productive work environment.

    Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations and financial performance.

    Conduct regular safety training and inspections

    Develop and implement efficient operational procedures and workflows.

    Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of parts and supplies

    MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Advanced Degree and/or 5+ years of successful home services experience with a track record of increasing responsibility with past employers in the same or similar industry

    Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

    Licensed Plumber preferred
