DryTech Restoration is seeking a highly connected individual with strong existing relationships in the plumbing industry. If you have a book of business with plumbers, own or manage a plumbing company network, or are a former sales rep, supply rep, or manufacturer’s rep in the plumbing space — we want to talk.
At DryTech, plumber referrals drive over 90% of our business. We're not looking to train someone from scratch. We're looking for someone who can walk in the door with relationships — and turn them into referral pipelines that pay.
Your Mission
Bring in signed referral partners from your existing plumbing network. We take care of everything else.
Introduce DryTech to your network of plumbers
Help us build trust and get on their speed dial
Get a signed referral agreement (we provide the materials & process)
Earn a recurring commission for every job we invoice from those relationships
What You Should Have
A strong and active network of plumbing contractors, company owners, or plumbing managers
Background in plumbing supply sales, distribution, contracting, or similar industry
A genuine understanding of the value of restoration referrals for plumbers
Ability to introduce and build relationships, not close retail customers
What We Provide
Base salary
Commission on every job referred by your contacts
Company vehicle and gas card
Laptop, cell phone, CRM access, uniforms, and promotional materials
Support from our office, dispatch, and project management teams
No cap on earnings — commissions last the life of the referral relationship
Compensation Summary
Base Pay: Competitive base salary
Commission: On all invoiced jobs referred by your signed partners
Tools Provided: Vehicle, gas card, phone, laptop, CRM, uniforms, promo gear
Residual model: Continue earning on every job your referral partners send
