We are searching for an experienced Showroom Sales and Account Development Plumbing Specialist to join a luxury tile and bath brand. This role is responsible for owning and growing trade account development both within and outside of the ADAC Buckhead Atlanta showroom.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and self-driven, with strong energy and communication skills. This person will be responsible for strategically developing key accounts while building brand loyalty and increasing market recognition. The environment is highly collaborative and creative, with a strong emphasis on long-term client relationships, teamwork, and delivering a luxury-level customer experience.
This position focuses on showroom sales and account development, including executing company strategies to position the brand as a leader in luxury home surfaces and bath. The role contributes to a culture of accountability and collaboration, while maintaining strong professional communication with both internal teams and external clients. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting key trade partnerships, developing and executing 30/60/90-day business plans, and regularly reevaluating strategies to effectively market the brand.
The role requires consistent use of SAP, project pipelines, account tracking, social media, and other digital tools to support sales efforts. The candidate will proactively market products through creative initiatives such as social media campaigns, in-office presentations, design team tours, lunch and learns, special events, and industry networking opportunities. They will engage directly with clients, understand project needs, lead the sales experience, and ensure a high-touch luxury environment. The position also involves managing and resolving order-related issues through a solution-oriented approach.
From an account management perspective, this individual will strategically manage accounts using SAP HANA and reporting tools, while confidently promoting curated plumbing lines both in-person and virtually. The role involves developing relationships within the architecture, design, and builder communities, while strengthening existing client partnerships to drive sales growth. Additional responsibilities include hosting and attending industry events, identifying and securing new business opportunities within the region, and staying current on product offerings and competitive trends to share insights with internal teams.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and has at least two years of inside or outside sales experience within a showroom, retail, or architectural design environment, along with a minimum of two years in a sales-focused role within a high-end luxury brand. They bring a confident, innovative, and client-centric approach to selling, with the ability to take ownership, drive results, and make decisions effectively. Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential, along with comfort using digital tools to connect with clients both virtually and in person.
This individual is self-motivated, highly organized, and an excellent communicator, with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask. They are well-connected within the luxury design trade, resilient in overcoming challenges, and operate with a high level of professionalism and integrity. A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement is important, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A background or exposure to plumbing or construction is a plus.
