Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Detroit is looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to add to our management team to oversee our southwest region, drive our business goals, and uphold our reputation in the community. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Plumber Service Manager, your ultimate responsibilities involve safety, profit & loss, client satisfaction, and employee engagement. You will install, repair, and diagnose various plumbing systems for our customers. You also ensure accurate communication of job status and requirements with our general manager and lead dispatcher. Upholding our ethical standards at all times, you promote our reputation in the community. You care about our company vision and work hard to drive our success from your area of stewardship, keeping your finger on the pulse of all aspects of our business. You get great satisfaction out of helping us achieve our goals as a successful and trusted part of our community!

YOU WILL

Perform daily service calls to include plumbing repairs, new plumbing installation, drain cleaning service, and sewer repair.

Perform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned.

Coordinate and/or provide continuing training as needed.

Actively manage performance and motivate service staff.

Assists personnel with on-site problems when necessary.

Create a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience working for a Plumbing company.

Prior management and sales experience.

Experience using Service Titan software preferred.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
