About the Role:

In this role you will be working our hybrid schedule from Wednesday - Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off. This role is critical to our mission of being there for our customers when they need us most. Joining our team at Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Virginia Beach as a Service Plumber and become an essential part of our dedicated team. We are committed to providing top-notch plumbing services with a focus on customer satisfaction and professionalism. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe installations.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems.

Install fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes.

Document services performed and maintain accurate records.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

Schedule Wednesday - Sunday

Requirements:

Valid Virginia plumbing license or certification.

Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with plumbing tools and equipment.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Positive attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship.
