Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and backflow problems.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems and fixtures.

Install and replace plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and backflow prevention devices.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.

Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations at all times.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

Valid NC drivers license and clean driving record.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential & commercial plumbing service.

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with plumbing codes and safety guidelines.

Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
