The primary duties of a Plumbing Service Technician will include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. A strong emphasis is placed on providing excellent customer service by keeping homeowners informed about their system before and after the service. Must ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards.
