Responsibilities
Supervises and delegates service employees, which includes assisting in hiring and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling, and training employees, evaluating performance and supervising work assignments to ensure effective operations.
Responsible for Monthly revenue goals, close rate, average ticket, Safety, Labor and material costs.
Responsible for 5 Star Client Satisfaction and boosting our online 5 Star reviews on both Yelp and Google
Lead and coach assigned co-workers. Provide sufficient knowledge, skills, training, and information to achieve peak performance, continuous improvement, and a positive, productive work environment consistent with company goals and objectives.
Propose, maintain, review, and administer the Service Technician Commission Plan
Achieve quarterly Service Department sales and profitability goals as specified in the annual budget.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of various software programs including Service Titan
Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing service, maintenance, and installation
Minimum 2+ years of residential plumbing management experience
