Job Title: Plumbing Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a dependable, customer-focused professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants flexibility, stability, and strong company support.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems including water lines, drains, fixtures, and appliances
Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and provide clear solutions to homeowners
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs
Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service
Accurately document work performed and materials used
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage service calls
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
No plumbing license required
Pay & Schedule
$25 – $30 per hour, based on experience
On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $60,000 - $130,000
Flexible scheduling options
$1/hour shift differential for weekend shifts
Potential sign on bonus available
