What you'll do, Summary

The Purchasing Associate is responsible for a wide range of procurement/purchasing activities,
such as sourcing materials, parts, fixtures, and managing vendors.
As well as responsible for performing and overseeing quoting and invoicing.
Primarily most time will be spent purchasing and sourcing material for job sites and the
warehouse. The pay for this position is 38k-42k.

Job duties will include:

• Checking Purchase Orders for Accuracy
• Placing and Reviewing Orders
• Assisting with the management of warehouse staff
• Tracking credits, po's, etc.
• Provide support to field staff as needed on selections, etc.
• Other various purchasing activities

Job Qualifications:

• Willing to Learn, Respectful, and Punctual/Consistent Attendance
• Ability to Troubleshoot and work independently after training
• Ability to work full-time from start 7:30AM until (end time varies)
• Work week is Mon. thru Fri., some weekend work available (optional)
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
