Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Superintendent

Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate plumbing crews (4–15 members) from project start through completion

Interpret blueprints, specifications, submittals, and coordinate with project managers and other trades

Plan, layout, and oversee installation of complete plumbing and hydronic systems install.

Perform and direct soldering, brazing, ProPress, no-hub cast iron, PVC/CPVC, and carbon/stainless steel mechanical piping

Requirements:

Minimum 5–7 years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 3 years in a Foreman or leadership role

Iowa Journeyman or Master Plumber license strongly preferred

Expert knowledge of commercial plumbing and hydronic systems

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a track record of successfully running crews and projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
