About the Role:

Nash Plumbing LLC is looking for an experienced and driven Plumbing Superintendent to lead our field operations in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing field operations across multiple job sites in the Phoenix area

Manage, mentor, and schedule plumbing crews, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met

Review blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure accurate and code-compliant installations

Conduct site inspections and quality control checks on rough-in, underground, and finish plumbing work

Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors to maintain project timelines

Ensure all work complies with local Phoenix/Arizona plumbing codes, OSHA safety standards, and company policies

Track material procurement, equipment needs, and job site inventory to prevent delays

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in commercial or residential plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber license strongly preferred

Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites simultaneously

Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, blueprints, and construction scheduling

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

Valid driver's license required
