Position Overview

Valley One Maintenance LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Plumbing Supervisor to lead and support our plumbing division. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining compliance with Nevada plumbing codes, and contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the company.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who can manage a team while remaining actively involved in the field when needed.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing technicians

Train, mentor, and develop team members

Enforce company standards, safety protocols, and performance expectations

Project & Operations Management

Oversee plumbing projects from start to completion

Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Review all completed work and coordinate with the rehab team as needed

Inventory & Supply Management

Track inventory and maintain accurate material records

Order supplies and parts as needed

Maintain organized and efficient inventory systems

Vehicle & Equipment Oversight

Conduct routine inspections of company vehicles and equipment

Ensure proper maintenance and timely repairs

Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure all work meets current Nevada plumbing codes across all serviced cities

Monitor and prevent use of recalled or non-compliant materials

Client Relations & Sales Support

Communicate professionally with clients regarding scope, timelines, and updates

Prepare estimates and quotes

Support sales efforts and contribute to company growth initiatives

Hands-On Field Work

Perform plumbing work as needed to support team workload and deadlines

Warehouse Oversight

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of warehouse space

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

10–15 years of plumbing experience (commercial and residential)

Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Nevada plumbing codes (Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, Boulder City)

Knowledge of recalled plumbing materials and compliance standards

Valid driver’s license

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred:

Active Nevada plumbing license

Established relationships with suppliers for parts and materials

Fluent in Spanish
