Role Overview

The Service Plumber is the human link between our customers and the company, ensuring quality work, customer satisfaction, and maintaining our reputation. This is not an entry-level position. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities include:

Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing plumbing systems

Interacting with customers professionally and courteously

Ensuring all work meets company and code standards

Reporting on job progress accurately in ServiceTitan
