We’re Leaky’s. We do plumbing and HVAC. We need a salesperson who isn’t afraid to work, hear “no” a lot, and still keep dialing.

This is not customer service. This is sales.

What the job really is:

Cold calling 1.5–2 hours every day

Following up until you get a yes or a hard no

Walking into businesses cold and introducing yourself

Meeting with homeowners and businesses in person

Quoting jobs and getting signatures

Turning one-time repairs into long-term accounts

You’ll be talking to:

Homeowners

Property managers

Churches

Restaurants

Doctors’ offices

Apartments

Pretty much anyone who needs help with plumbing, A/C, heating, or water treatment.

Who we’re actually looking for

You can hear “no” 10–12 times and keep going

You don’t need hand-holding or someone to babysit your schedule

You’re comfortable walking into a business with no appointment

You show up on time, follow up, and don’t vanish on people

You want to make real money and aren’t scared to work for it

Top reps: $180K+

No cap on earnings

We’re not looking for someone who wants to “try” sales for a few months. We want someone who wants to build a real sales career and grow with us. If you bring grit and discipline, we’ll teach you the rest.
