About the Role:

Join Aire Serv of Council Bluffs as a Plumbing Apprentice and kickstart your career in the plumbing industry! We are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Responsibilities:

Assist licensed plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.

Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions under supervision.

Participate in routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing fixtures and systems.

Help with the installation of water heaters, pipes, and drainage systems.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Communicate effectively with team members and customers about plumbing services.

Attend training sessions to enhance plumbing knowledge and skills.

Assist in inventory management and ordering of plumbing supplies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in plumbing is a plus.

Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced plumbers.

Basic understanding of plumbing tools and equipment is preferred.

Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy materials.

Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
