About the Role:

Join All Seasons Heating, AC & Plumbing as a Plumbing Helper in Toledo, OH! This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in the plumbing industry while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.

Help with the troubleshooting of plumbing issues and provide solutions under supervision.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.

Load and unload materials and equipment for plumbing jobs.

Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure job satisfaction.

Participate in on-the-job training to enhance plumbing skills and knowledge.

Perform routine maintenance tasks as directed by senior plumbers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing coursework is a plus.

Previous experience in a plumbing or construction environment preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals.

Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment is advantageous.
