Plus is looking for motivated and passionate students to join our summer internship program! Working as an intern at Plus will help build your resume, provide you with an opportunity to learn more about working in a professional corporate setting, and most importantly, have fun! These are full-time, paid internships. All opportunities available in our Minneapolis office are detailed below.
Expense Management Intern (5 available)
The Expense Management intern will be responsible for assisting the expense management team in their tasks, including:
- Auditing initial relocating employee expense reports for mathematical accuracy and policy adherence
- Entering vouchers into system accurately and in a timely matter
- Generating precise and timely client invoices and interface with internal departments
- Processing and auditing payments to relocating employees and vendors
- Other Plus projects as requested by management
Consulting Services and Marketing Intern (1 available)
The Consulting Services and Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the Consulting Services and Marketing teams in their tasks, including:
- Assist in the development of ongoing client and team projects
- Review and update information and policy language in MoveTrack
- Load and manage client documents in Salesforce
- Support in the maintenance of the Plus website and technology tools
- Support with marketing and client events
- Assist with updating demo websites
- Other Plus projects as requested by management
Client Services Intern (1 available)
The Client Services Intern will be responsible for assisting the client services team in their tasks, including:
- Assisting Global Mobility Specialists and counselors with file management to support high quality customer service
- Assisting Specialist, Counselors, and Managers by generating and reviewing reports and communication pieces for corporate clients and relocating employees
- Researching requests and resolve issues for relocating employees and corporate clients as requested
- Supporting internal customers in the facilitation and understanding of relocation expense processes
- Other Plus projects as requested by management
Global Compensation Intern (1 available)
The Global Compensation intern will be responsible for assisting the global compensation team in their tasks, including:
- Administering global assignee compensation programs and reports
- Supporting timely and accurate billing for services performed
- Assisting compensation service implementation for new clients
- Proactively offer suggestions for improvement of processes and efficiencies
- Performing expense management duties periodically
- Other Plus projects as requested by management
Home Sale Intern (1 available)
The Home Sale intern will be responsible for assisting the home sale team in their tasks, including:
- Assisting the real estate coordinators and home sale counselors with file management to support high quality customer service
- Supporting home team with reporting and communication from corporate clients and relocating employees
- Assisting in generating activity reports for clients and home sale team
- Processing agent updates, listing agreements, referral agreements, and sale contracts, inspections, and additional requests received
- Following up on list and buy referral paperwork
- Other Plus projects as requested by management
