Base Pay: $22.00 Per Hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Tinters apply the different color tints into the molds used in making stone veneer siding.

• You will be expected to put the correct color tints in the correct molds
• You will need to memorize color formulas and color patterns
• You may need to move from one line to another as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with paint/tint, at least 6 months
• Be able to work at a fast pace
• Willing to learn the color formulas and color patterns
• Ability to stand the duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
