JOB DETAILS
The Engineering and Facilities Manager is a high impact position that involves overseeing many moving (and static) parts – including facilities, equipment, machinery, people, and processes. This position is accountable for delivering high asset uptime, a positive brand image, a comfortable and productive environment, a motivated team, and keeping operations running reliably and productively. Critical to success in this position is the need to understand how other departments work and effectively communicating with them as necessary daily. This leader also ensures that every day, his team of maintenance technicians and facilities team members are assigned to the work that best fits their skills, keeping roadblocks to working efficiently out of the way.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000.00 to $145,000.00 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401K and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training., Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for you preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours or more per week.)
