    WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:

    We are seeking a talented Coordinator to join our team in Harrisburg. This position is the “go to” position and handles the day to day responsibilities such as processing project requests, ensuring project request completeness, job trafficking, proofreading and many other administrative tasks relating to the execution of our client’s projects.

     

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Serve as a critical liaison between our Account, Creative Execution, Production, and Photography Departments
    • Process all projects and job orders to the proper channel, Project Managers, Creative or Production
    • Troubleshoot systems, procedures, and work flow to ensure deadlines are met
    • Make recommendations to increase the effectiveness of our current systems and work flow

      

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience using an automated system for project management
    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent attention to detail, with a corporate or retail graphic design background, a plus
    • Proofread all job requests prior to leaving the build to assure the work upholds to the clients’ standards.
    • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively and work in a team environment to produce quality work and meet strict deadlines
    • Ability to understand and interpret rules and processes, and be willing to hold accountability standards, across departments
    • Be willing and able to function in a solutions-oriented environment, with both internal and external client expectations
    • Microsoft Office Suite, Filemaker Pro, Basecamp, ProofHQ (Adobe Suite a plus)
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education/Experience:

    Must meet CLIA 88 personnel requirements for high complexity testing.

        

    Language Ability:

    Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language.

          

    Math Ability:

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

        

    Reasoning Ability:

    Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations and demonstrates initiative, strong reasoning ability and good judgment.

     

    Computer Skills:

    Ability to use Laboratory Information System and various other software programs

        

    Certificates and Licenses:

    Certification by a recognized certifying agency for clinical laboratory professionals preferred (ASCP, ASMT, NCA, etc). Certifications for Pathology Assistants from the ASCP Board of Registry preferred.
