Days of the Week: Monday through Saturday
Summary: The cook is responsible for daily buffet food prep as well as short order food prep. Cooks are responsible for serving customers and maintaining a clean and appealing food service area.
The essential functions include but are not limited to:
· Daily Short order and buffet food prep
· Cooking and preparing short orders and buffet food
· Serving customers
· Prepping grab and go items, salads, sandwiches, and desserts
· Checking in vendors
· Keeping kitchen and work stations clean and orderly
· Adhering to ServSafe Standards
Requirements:
· Some heavy lifting
· Some food preparation experience desirable
· Reliable transportation
