Podiatrist
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Podiatrist to join a growing healthcare team serving patients throughout Central Florida, with a primary clinic location in Avon Park, Florida and outreach coverage in Davenport and Mulberry. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Relocation Assistance:
- $1,000 (in-state)

Responsibilities & Performance Expectations
- Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the foot, ankle, and lower extremities
- Provide comprehensive podiatric care including preventative, acute, and chronic condition management
- Perform minor surgical procedures and wound care management as appropriate
- Evaluate and manage diabetic foot complications and related conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and overall patient health
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on foot health, injury prevention, and chronic condition management
- Participate in community outreach initiatives, screenings, and health education programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Uphold professional standards of conduct and patient-centered care
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited program
- Completion of an accredited podiatric residency program
- Current Florida podiatry license (required)
- Board eligibility or board certification preferred
- Experience treating diabetic foot conditions, wounds, and musculoskeletal disorders preferred
- Ability to travel between Davenport, Avon Park, and occasional coverage in Mulberry, FL
- BLS certification
- Insurability for malpractice coverage
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
