Podiatrist (Part-Time) Evansville | Skilled Nursing Facility

We’re hiring a Part-Time Podiatrist in the Evansville, Indiana area to care for patients across three local nursing facilities. You’ll focus on routine foot care, preventative treatment, and geriatric podiatry, helping residents stay comfortable and on their feet.

For over 30 years, our client has provided on-site podiatry in Indiana nursing homes and assisted living communities. Podiatrists focus on patient care while an experienced team handles scheduling, compliance, billing coordination, and administration.

Compensation & Schedule

• 1 – 2 sessions per month
• 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity
• Approximately $137 billed per patient visit
• Average of 30 patients per session
• Session-based compensation model
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Administrative and scheduling support included

Responsibilities

• A session is defined as care provided at one facility location
• Sessions typically last a half day, up to five hours
• Perform routine nail debridement
• Perform reduction and treatment of keratotic lesions
• Perform routine trimming and maintenance of dystrophic nails
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Document patient encounters accurately within EMR

Requirements

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM)
• Active Indiana Podiatry License
• Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABPM or ABFAS) preferred
• Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
