    At Point Health, we are building the first healthcare navigation and healthcare shopping platform to help make healthcare easy to find, easy to understand, and easier to afford for health consumers.  

    OPPORTUNITY

    We are seeking a proven Market Development Representative with the experience, passion, and work ethic to drive lead generation for our smart healthcare platform, selling to medium to large companies in several key healthcare market segments. This will include executing account-based marketing activities and consistent high activity outreach to key target personas. Compensation commensurate with experience. Base salary with benefits plus participation in a success-based variable compensation plan.

    WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

    • Hustle, passion, and intensity with a passion for outbound sales activity
    • A strong, demonstrated record of success in inside sales and outbound market development at a small to medium, high growth technology company
    • Health tech sales experience strongly preferred
    • A strong work ethic and commitment to do things right the first time
    • Someone who approaches life with curiosity and is able to figure out problems on their own
    • The ability to maintain a positive attitude through the ups and downs of a startup environment
    • A builder. Someone who is excited about the prospect of building something new and growing it into a finished product
    • A team player who is very open to cross-functional communication and enjoys partnering with others to build a business
    • An open mindset, with little ego and a coachable approach to their role
    • Receive feedback to adjust for future improvements
    • Strong bias for action
    • Has the ability to listen, absorb and clearly articulate customer feedback and interpret it as constructive observations for the product team.

     REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3-5 years proven track record of success in market development roles
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and team oriented
    • Excellent at developing and deepening client relationships
    • Known for your strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-sufficient and very organized
    • Interested in joining a start-up environment with a legacy business history
    • Healthcare & technology domain expertise (preferred)
    • Strong social presence (preferred)
    • Technology development exposure (preferred)
