Point S Tire & Auto is looking for a skilled Automotive Mechanic to maintain and repair vehicles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality. As a mechanic you have the opportunity to work with various parts and components of vehicles. You must be highly skilled in repairs and have excellent problem-solving abilities. The goal is to contribute to the growth of our facility by performing quality work and maintaining high standards.

Mechanic Job Description

Inspects, estimates, and performs repairs on vehicles (including engine, suspension, electrical, air conditioning, etc.)

Conducts routine maintenance activities (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.)aiming to vehicle functionality

Repairs or replaces broken or dysfunctional parts or components

Apply techniques of engineering and/or manufacturing in order to perform repairs

Be a problem solver not a problem maker in repairing vehicles

Have or willing to learn skills in installing lift kits, performance products, and aftermarket accessories.

Have an attitude of constantly learning.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license required

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience in vehicle repairs required

Willingness to adhere to all safety procedures at our facility

Good communication skills

Good physical condition and stamina

High quality standards in all we do

Salary: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
