Our Customer Service Representative position requires previous experience in an administrative or customer support role.

Position Overview:

Provide support for one or more departments performing variety of administrative functions. Will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling delivery appointments, providing information for clients/callers, updating order management system and other administrative duties as required.

Duties:

• Answer phone calls and greet guests

• Update order management system, routing board & schedule

• Provide time window for deliveries

• Actioning emails and system notifications

• Supporting managers and other personnel

• Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

• Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• 2+ years of experience

• Computer Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Administrative Writing Skills

• Verbal Communication

• Multi-tasking

• Problem Solving
