Position Overview:
Provide support for one or more departments performing variety of administrative functions. Will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling delivery appointments, providing information for clients/callers, updating order management system and other administrative duties as required.
Duties:
Answer phone calls and greet guests
Update order management system, routing board & schedule
Provide time window for deliveries
Actioning emails and system notifications
Supporting managers and other personnel
Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Skills/Qualifications:
High School Diploma
2+ years of experience
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Administrative Writing Skills
Verbal Communication
